Welcome to Light It Up – Rent To Go. By booking a rental or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Scope of Services
- Porta potty rentals are available only in Rockland, Orange, and Sullivan Counties, NY.
- Restroom trailers, sinks, and water/waste services may be provided across the broader Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT).
- All equipment remains the property of Light It Up at all times.
2. Booking & Payment
- A signed estimate, valid photo ID, and payment information are required to confirm a booking.
- Deposits or advance payments may be required depending on rental type.
- We accept major credit cards, ACH, and QuickPay. Tax exemptions apply if valid documentation is provided.
Cancellations are permitted at no cost up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery; after that, fees may apply.
3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
- Delivery and pickup are included in the price for porta potties; trailers may include additional transport fees.
- Customers must provide safe, accessible placement locations. Blocked access or unsafe conditions may delay or void service.
- Customers may not move or relocate equipment without prior authorization.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance
- Weekly servicing is included with every rental: cleaning, restocking, and odor control.
- More frequent servicing may be available at an additional charge, though often additional units are recommended instead.
- Customers must keep units accessible for scheduled servicing.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customer assumes responsibility for loss or damage beyond normal wear, including vandalism, fire, or misuse.
- Customer agrees not to dispose of hazardous waste, chemicals, or non-biodegradable materials in units.

6. Liability & Indemnification
- Light It Up is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of equipment or site conditions.
- Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Light It Up harmless from any claims arising out of the rental, placement, or use of equipment.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, road closures, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God.
8. Termination
Light It Up - Rent to Go may terminate rentals and remove equipment immediately if:
- Payment is delinquent,
- Equipment is misused, or
- Equipment is used for illegal activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration or in a court located in Orange County, NY, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
