Restroom Trailer Rental Pricing (2–11 Stations)

Restroom trailers are the best option when you want a cleaner, more comfortable guest experience. Trailers include flushing toilets, running water sinks, lighting, and climate control, and they’re available in multiple sizes from 2 to 11 stations for events of all sizes. We service the broader New York / New Jersey area with portable trailer rentals.

If you’re renting beyond a short event, the weekly rate is more cost-effective than stacking daily rates. We’ll always quote you the option that makes the most sense.

Delivery / Pickup Fees (Trailers)

  • Rockland County: No delivery or pickup fee
  • Outside Rockland County: Typically $250 drop-off + $250 pickup
  • For longer-distance routes (NYC and beyond), fees can sometimes vary based on logistics — we’ll confirm the exact transport cost in your quote.

Service (Pump-Outs / Cleaning)

Trailer rentals require pump-outs (“dumps”). Pump-out frequency depends on usage, and trailers are also cleaned when a dump is performed. For long rentals, we’ll help you set the right schedule so the trailer stays clean and comfortable.

Trailer Requirements (Water + Power by Size)

Most trailers need:

  • a standard garden hose connection for water
  • Standard 110V / 20amp outlets for power (count depends on trailer size)

Typical needs by trailer size:

  • 2-Station: Water hose + 1 standard outlet (add one for the heated hose in winter)
  • 4-Station: Water hose + 1 standard outlet (add one for the heated hose in winter)
  • 8-Station: Water hose + 3 standard outlets (add one for the heated hose in winter)
  • 11-Station: Water hose + 2 dedicated 20-amp outlets

If your site doesn’t have easy hookups, we have generator and water tank options available — we’ll recommend the right setup during quoting.

Sink Trailer Rentals

Sink trailers are commonly used at large events, food service areas, and job sites that require additional handwashing capacity. These units are frequently rented alongside restroom trailers and are well-suited for high-traffic environments.

Sink Trailer Options & Pricing

We offer two sink trailer options, depending on the size and needs of your site:

Sink Trailer Rental Pricing
Trailer Size Weekend Rate Daily Rate
13-Faucet Sink Trailer(660 gallon capacity) $1,200 $1,200
18-Faucet Sink Trailer(3,000 gallon capacity) $1,500 $1,500
Explore Handwashing Stations

Sink trailers require water access. If a direct water hookup is not available, water tanks can be added (see Water Tank Rentals below). Power requirements vary by unit and will be confirmed during quoting.

Seasonal Shower Trailer Availability

Shower trailers are available for rent during the summer months. Availability is limited, so advance booking is recommended.

Hand Washing Sink Station Rentals

Hand washing sink stations are a simple, cost-effective solution for sites that need basic handwashing without a full sink trailer. These units are commonly placed near food service areas, entrances, job sites, and high-traffic zones.

Portable Sink Rental Pricing
Trailer Size Weekend Rate Daily Rate Weekly Rate
Single Portable Sink(Elegant white unit with a 10-gallon fresh water capacity) $350 $350 $400
Double Hand Washing Sink(50-gallon capacity) $150 $150 $200
Explore Portable Sinks
  • Compact, self-contained units that are easy to place and relocate
  • Ideal when a full sink trailer is not required

Water capacity, placement, and service needs will be reviewed during quoting to ensure the right setup for your event or site.

Water Tank Rentals (Construction & Remote Sites)

Water tanks are used when a site does not have an available water hookup.

Typical Pricing

  • Water tank: $250 flat fee
  • Water refill: $250
  • Initial setup (tank + first fill): $500 total+

Water tank availability and refill frequency depend on site access and usage. We’ll help determine the appropriate setup during quoting.

Generator Options (When Power Is Not Available)

If your site does not have sufficient power, generator options are available.

Typical pricing:

  • Generator rental: $250–$500, depending on trailer size and power requirements

Trailers with more than four stations typically require a larger generator. We’ll recommend the correct setup during quoting.

What’s Included in Your Rental Pricing

Every rental includes:

  • Professional cleaning and sanitation (weekly service included for long-term porta potty rentals)

  • Industry-strength odor control chemicals
  • Responsive support from a knowledgeable team

Optional add-ons:

  • On-site attendants / cleaning crew available upon request (additional fee)

How Our Pricing Compares to Other Companies

Without naming names, here’s what often makes the difference for our customers:

  • New, well-maintained units
  • Strong sanitation chemicals
  • Consistent, reliable weekly servicing
  • A large, locally managed inventory
  • The ability to accommodate both planned and last-minute rentals

Cheapest isn’t always best—especially when cleanliness and reliability matter.

What Can Impact Your Rental Cost

A few factors can affect final pricing:

  • Distance outside Rockland County
  • Length of rental (daily vs. weekly or monthly)
  • Number of units needed
  • Generator or power requirements
  • Water tank refills or pump-out frequency

We’ll walk through all of this with you before finalizing a quote.

Insurance, Site Requirements & Industry Experience

We can provide Certificates of Insurance (COIs) upon request. Some construction sites or municipalities may require higher coverage limits, which we’re used to supplying.

Customers are responsible for providing access for servicing and securing units when required.

We regularly support rentals for a wide range of industries, including:

Flexible Scheduling + Cancellation Policy

We maintain a large inventory, so we can often help with short-notice rentals depending on availability.

Worry-free cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change. That’s why you can cancel your order up to 48 hours before delivery at no cost, giving you peace of mind and flexibility when you need it.
