Porta Potty Rental Pricing (Rockland, Orange & Sullivan Counties)

We provide porta potty rentals for construction sites, outdoor events, and short-term needs across Rockland, Orange, and Sullivan Counties.

Weekly pricing typically applies once a rental extends beyond two days since it’s more cost-effective than stacking daily rates. We’ll always quote the option that makes the most sense for your rental.

Good to know (porta potties):

• Weekly servicing is included for long-term porta potty rentals. We clean, disinfect, and restock on a recurring weekly schedule. 
• Make sure there’s a space 2.5 feet wide to enable access.
• We show up when we say we will, so your unit stays fresh and usable.
• No delivery or pickup fees within our core service areas.
• We do not offer high-rise / crane-lift porta potties.
• We often accommodate short-notice requests based on availability.
• Our units are among the newest in the region, and brand-new units are often available upon request.

Restroom Trailer Rental Pricing (2–11 Stations)

Restroom trailers are the best option when you want a cleaner, more comfortable guest experience. Trailers include flushing toilets, running water sinks, lighting, and climate control, and they’re available in multiple sizes from 2 to 11 stations for events of all sizes. We service the broader New York / New Jersey area with portable trailer rentals.

If you’re renting beyond a short event, the weekly rate is more cost-effective than stacking daily rates. We’ll always quote you the option that makes the most sense.

Delivery / Pickup Fees (Trailers)

• Rockland County: No delivery or pickup fee
• Outside Rockland County: Typically $250 drop-off + $250 pickup
• For longer-distance routes (NYC and beyond), fees can sometimes vary based on logistics — we’ll confirm the exact transport cost in your quote.

Service (Pump-Outs / Cleaning)

Trailer rentals require pump-outs (“dumps”). Pump-out frequency depends on usage, and trailers are also cleaned when a dump is performed. For long rentals, we’ll help you set the right schedule so the trailer stays clean and comfortable.

Trailer Requirements (Water + Power by Size)

Most trailers need:

• a standard garden hose connection for water
• Standard 110V / 20amp outlets for power (count depends on trailer size)

Typical needs by trailer size:

• 2-Station: Water hose + 1 standard outlet (add one for the heated hose in winter)
• 4-Station: Water hose + 1 standard outlet (add one for the heated hose in winter)
• 8-Station: Water hose + 3 standard outlets (add one for the heated hose in winter)
• 11-Station: Water hose + 2 dedicated 20-amp outlets

We offer two sink trailer options, depending on the size and needs of your site:

Sink trailers require water access. If a direct water hookup is not available, water tanks can be added (see Water Tank Rentals below). Power requirements vary by unit and will be confirmed during quoting.

Seasonal Shower Trailer Availability 

Shower trailers are available for rent during the summer months. Availability is limited, so advance booking is recommended.

Hand Washing Sink Station Rentals

Hand washing sink stations are a simple, cost-effective solution for sites that need basic handwashing without a full sink trailer. These units are commonly placed near food service areas, entrances, job sites, and high-traffic zones.
